Rachael & Matthew

I had the pleasure of shooting Rachael and Matt’s wedding yesterday. The ceremony was celebrated in the Conservatory at the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens which was a unique and beautiful spot to tie the knot - a first for me! I’d like to wish Matt, Rachael and Harper all the very best as they embark on this new season in life. I won’t ramble on, I’ve got to pack the car… We’re going camping for NYE! Have a good one!

A few of the shots I particularly liked from the day…

The Donoghue Family

I caught up with the extended Donoghue family this morning for a relaxed family portrait session. We spent an hour outside chasing the kids with a camera and capturing some portraits and candid moments. I’ve had some fun with the processing on some of my favorites, check ‘em out!

Anne & Jun

Anne and Jun were married at the ever beautiful St David’s Cathedral and celebrated their reception at Hobart’s Town Hall. Everything about the day was prepared with class and elegance right down to the smallest detail. Dean assisted me for the day and we both enjoyed ourselves, but were thoroughly exhausted by the time we were done, such was the energy of the celebration!

We would like to wish Jun and Anne all the very best in their married lives together and thank them for inviting us to be a part of their special day. This blog post wouldn’t be complete without a selection of shots to share, so here they come…

Tiffany: Portfolio Shoot

Tiffany dropped in today for a portfolio building session. We spent some time in the studio and then ventured out into the city to grab some more shots. I would like to thank Tiffany for her input and sense of adventure and also thank Dean for his expert bag and flash toting prowess. Everything went off without a hitch apart from small sneezing incident. The shots look great, here’s a quick sample:

Kristy & Cameron

I’m in the thick of the wedding season, and as a result my blog posts are arriving a little later (after the events) than I’d like… Better late than never, though!

Kristy and Cameron were married at the Masterpiece Fine Art Gallery in the IXL complex on Hobart’s waterfront last Saturday. I had an absolute ball sharing in Cam and Kristy’s celebration and would like to wish them every happiness in their married lives together. I know Kristy is hanging out to see the photos, so here’s a sneak peek!
